Promptness of response: Ed at Avon was immediately in direct contact to understand what my requirements were and whether there were any special conditions. Ed advised that he simply needed contact details for the agent and that he would then handle everything else, which he did in a very professional and pleasant manner.
Quality of service: Ed kept me up to date throughout the process and notified me immediately upon completion of the survey. Once the survey had been carried out Ed was more than happy to provide additional guidance and information as well as asking a number of additional questions about the ongoing process.
Value for money: Ed's quote whilst not the absolute cheapest (I think there was one other that was £10.00 cheaper) was certainly the easiest to get on with. The manner in which Ed communicated with me initially gave me a lot of confidence that he would do the job that I needed, in a detailed, competent and comprehensive manner.
Professionalism: Through the process Ed has been nothing but professional...In his approach, the product of the survey, the way in which he communicated with me and the associated agent and in his response to further enquiries that he did not need to get involved with but did so with great professionalism, clearly outlining exactly what was required of me and the agent.
