Professional Consultants Certificate (PCC)

 

(Used to be called an Architects Certificate)

This service consists of a set number of stage inspections of your building project.  We ensure that the plans, specification and standards of workmanship are compliant with the contract you have with the builder.

We would normally issue a certificate as part of any project monitoring appointment.

​

This certification is not an insurance policy and is usually provided in

addition to other development insurance like a structural warranty.
